Frequently asked questions about rates
How is my fixed price determined?
Enter your pickup address and destination; if a fixed route exists you'll see the price incl. VAT straight away. That price is locked on confirmation—traffic or waiting time won't change it.
Do you charge surge pricing or a night rate?
Never surge pricing. Rides between 23:00 and 06:00 carry a night rate of +15%, already included in your price—no surprises afterwards.
What if there's no automatic price?
For routes or stops without a fixed price we'll gladly make a proposal. Request it via WhatsApp or email and we'll include your entered details automatically.
